Established in Oct.2003, the factory can offer full range of productions from dyeing to cutting, sewing and printing. The cutting and sewing plant has a total floor space of 6,600 M2 with 16 production lines. All machineries are made in Japan such as Yamato Pegasus and Juki. The factory’s production capacity is 6 million pieces and has been serving customers from Japan and Europe since Oct 20043. In terms of products, Qingdao Hopeful Knitware is capable of making baby wear, kidwear and underwear for toddler and adults, which are made of cotton interlock, cotton and T/C jersey, rib, French terry, velvet etc.

The dyeing plant has a floor space of 6,000 M2 with a monthly production capacity of 300tons. Equipments are NPT and HPHT dyeing machine from Taiwan Heyi and domestic drift machines & skein dyeing machines. And the finishing machines include Italian preshrinking machine, Taiwan high-temperature stenters & open picture stenters, domestic super feed extender picture machine, tension free slack drying machine & preshrinking machine. The whole production is computerised from color matching to dyeing process.

The printing plant has a floor space of 1,000 M2 and is capable of accommodating mortar printing, water printing, ink printing, flocking printing, discharge printing, four-color decomposition printing, pearly luster & fluorescent printing and other high level printing.
